For the launch of the latest collections from Palma and Made by Choice, presented by Verso Gallery in Red Hook, Seated designed a bespoke cocktail experience that reflected the essence of the new pieces.

With an eye for high-end, bespoke collections, Verso has become a hub for some of the most exciting international designers. This event was part of their ongoing collaboration, bringing together Palma, a visionary Brazilian design studio, and Made by Choice, a forward-thinking Nordic brand, to showcase their latest pieces.

We were thrilled to create a cocktail menu rooted in the cultures and flavors of Brazil and the Nordic countries — a tribute to the heritages of Palma and Made by Choice.

Each cocktail was crafted to embody the contrast and harmony between these two regions. Vibrant tropical fruits, sugarcane spirits, and rich Brazilian ingredients were paired with the crisp, earthy, and foraged flavors of the Nordic landscape, resulting in drinks that felt both familiar and unexpected — just like the collections themselves.

Set in an immersive space showcasing modern furniture and design, the cocktail experience became a natural extension of the evening, blending art, craftsmanship, and flavor.

Guests moved through the beautifully curated environment, sipping cocktails that not only complemented the collections but also invited them to engage with the spirit of Palma, Made by Choice, and Verso Gallery in a multisensory way.
